Determinantes da sustentabilidade capital humano nas PME: caso de as cidades de Bucaramanga, Montería e Palmira

em várias regiões colombianas, com base em pesquisas aplicadas à atividade empresarial. Metodologia. A pesquisa emprega uma abordagem quantitativa
para caracterizar a estruturação do capital humano, composição da mão de obra, papéis em posições de capital humano
e estratégias para sua melhoria em pequenas e médias empresas. Vinte
perguntas de pesquisa fechadas foram usadas para coletar dados de uma amostra de 523 pequenas e
médias empresas nas regiões de Monteria, Bucaramanga e Palmira. Escalas de frequência do tipo Likert de cinco pontos foram empregadas, previamente validadas por meio de avaliação de especialistas,
alcançando um coeficiente de confiabilidade alfa de Cronbach de 0,940. A pesquisa foi processada com
software SPSS. Resultados. As descobertas destacam as estratégias de gestão de capital humano mais relevantes, os pontos fortes e as desvantagens de vários métodos de recrutamento, processos de treinamento,
esquemas de remuneração e relações trabalhistas. Conclusões. A pesquisa postula que várias
abordagens para o capital humano são influenciadas pela cultura local e pela capacidade econômica
das empresas envolvidas. Além disso, sugere que em um ambiente de negócios
em rápida mudança, gerentes e responsáveis pelo capital humano são vitais para o sucesso por meio
de sua liderança e treinamento.
