Fatores que influenciam a intenção empreendedora em estudantes universitários mexicanos

Objetivo. Descrever os fatores que influenciam a intenção empreendedora entre estudantes universitários no México, bem como suas atitudes em relação ao empreendedorismo, percepções de normas sociais e capacidade empreendedora. Metodologia. Um questionário foi usado para coletar dados de uma amostra de 1141 alunos em três cursos da Faculdade de Contabilidade e Administração da Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México. Uma análise descritiva, correlacional e multivariada foi realizada considerando as variáveis de atitude em relação ao empreendedorismo, percepção de normas sociais e capacidade empreendedora. Resultados. As principais descobertas revelam que atratividade de carreira, controle percebido, capacidade empreendedora, avaliação social próxima e norma subjetiva são os fatores que influenciam a intenção empreendedora entre estudantes universitários no México. Conclusões. É essencial promover o empreendedorismo e garantir que os alunos adquiram as atitudes, o conhecimento e as habilidades empreendedoras necessárias para se sentirem confiantes e competentes para um empreendedorismo bem-sucedido
