Análise da gestão de recursos capacidades administrativas e humanas utilizado para o desenvolvimento de competitividade do talento humano em o contexto empresarial ibero-americano

Resumo
Objetivo. Identificar, analisar e interpretar os principais intangíveis associados
ao capital humano como fatores críticos para a competitividade empresarial contemporânea por meio de
uma exploração teórico-prática da teoria baseada em recursos. Metodologia. O estudo
conduziu uma revisão sistemática de evidências científicas, implementando o método PRISMA
com o banco de dados Scopus como recurso principal. Resultados. As descobertas foram examinadas
usando uma abordagem qualitativa abrangendo perspectivas descritivas e hermenêuticas.
O estudo revela que a competitividade empresarial é fundada na capacidade das organizações de
gerenciar com eficiência os recursos técnicos, tecnológicos e financeiros. Isso envolve aprimorar
as habilidades humanas para promover a criatividade, a inovação e a produtividade, juntamente com a capacidade de se adaptar a
mudanças e mudanças econômicas nos mercados. Conclusões. É destacado que as
vantagens competitivas são alcançadas pelo fortalecimento do capital intelectual dos funcionários por meio de processos de liderança
em conhecimento, treinamento técnico, pesquisa e gestão de recursos humanos.
