Institutional Conditions of Innovative Development of Russia in The Context of Import Substitution

Determinar el papel y la importancia de las instituciones innovadoras como elementos clave del desarrollo económico e identificar los factores institucionales que influyen en la implementación de tecnologías innovadoras en Rusia. Métodos. El estudio empleó métodos científicos generales e interdisciplinarios, incluyendo analogías científicas, enfoques inductivos y deductivos, y análisis de sistemas para examinar las condiciones institucionales necesarias para el desarrollo de la innovación. Resultados. La investigación mostró que un enfoque descendente configura en gran medida el entorno de innovación de Rusia. Las estructuras institucionales se organizan antes de la participación de las empresas. La infraestructura de innovación financiada por el Estado no siempre satisface las necesidades de los innovadores, lo que crea desafíos para la implementación efectiva de las innovaciones. Conclusión. Fomentar un entorno de innovación más favorable puede mejorar las políticas estatales que apoyan la innovación y el logro de la soberanía tecnológica. Esto permitiría la participación activa de las empresas en los procesos de desarrollo de la innovación en sectores económicos prioritarios.
