Análise da mudança na estratégia empresarial em tempos de crise no México

A pandemia da Covid-19 obrigou diversos agentes a se adaptarem ao novo normal. As empresas, em particular, tiveram que se adaptar ao contexto de paralisações econômicas resultantes da priorização de atividades. Portanto, este estudo visa analisar as mudanças estratégicas implementadas por empresas listadas na Bolsa Mexicana de Valores (BMV) em decorrência da crise sanitária da Covid-19, considerando os anos de 2019, 2020 e 2021. Foi compilado um banco de dados com informações de 97 empresas (para cada ano do estudo), e evidências empíricas foram obtidas por meio de análise de variância (ANOVA), testes de qui-quadrado e correção de Bonferroni. Essas evidências sugerem que a estratégia Prospectiva apresenta níveis de rentabilidade inferiores em comparação às estratégias Analítica e Defensiva. Esses resultados podem ser considerados como uma linha de base.
