O modelo Cultura-Conhecimento- Inteligência para diminuir a fuga de talentos: um estudo comparativo entre Brasil e Alemanha

Objetivo. Analisar a importância de criar conhecimento e experiência relevantes por meio do desenvolvimento da inteligência cultural. Metodologia. Este trabalho realiza uma revisão integrativa da literatura sobre gestão do conhecimento, inteligência organizacional e inteligência cultural. Resultados. O modelo de cultura-conhecimento-inteligência mostra a importância de aprender com outras culturas para rever crenças, valores e suposições e então organizar uma vida inteira com novo propósito, o que concede não apenas significado como também inspiração e motivação para aprendizagem continua e realização. Conclusões.
A principal conclusão é que a inteligência é mais importante do que o conhecimento parapromover o desenvolvimento. Portanto, a barreira de acesso ao conhecimento relevante no Brasil e sua aplicação pode ser superada por um modelo de inteligência cultural baseado em um programa de intercâmbio semelhante ao Erasmus e parceria entre empresas e universidades.
