Impacto do teletrabalho devido à pandemia de COVID-19 no cansaço laboral dos professores universitarios

Objetivo. Avaliar o impacto do teletrabalho decorrente da emergência sanitária provocada pela pandemia de COVID-19 no cansaço laboral de docentes universitários. Metodologia. A metodologia é quantitativa com escopo correlacional, design não experimental e em um período transacional. Os dados foram coletados por meio de um questionário para as variáveis de teletrabalho e cansaço no trabalho, aplicado a uma amostra de 427 professores de instituições de educação superior do Chile, Colômbia, Peru e Equador. Resultados. Fica evidente que as condições técnicas e materiais influenciam nas três dimensões do cansaço docente. Trabalhar com os alunos só influencia a realização pessoal. Por sua vez, o equilíbrio trabalho-vida apresentou efeitos sobre o cansaço emocional e a realização pessoal. Conclusões. Conclui-se que as condições de teletrabalho aplicadas pela contingência da pandemia de COVID-19 têm contribuído parcialmente para a redução da fadiga laboral nos docentes universitários.
